After my mother and I had been told that her hearing aids would be in after a couple of weeks at the end of January and it\u2019s been almost two months now that I\u2019ve been calling about them, with no returned phone calls from Dr. Michelle Macione, Rhonda took it upon herself to get in touch with their insurance carrier to check on the pre-authorization for her hearing aids and to my knowledge was none. I now know that my mom needs to have another hearing test done to turn in for this service.\nThank you Rhonda!! You are truly an asset to Audibel! And to me!! \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f",
